Is it hype or the real deal?
Stunning views and a beautifully decorated room were highlights of my stay, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were attentive, particularly during breakfast, which featured fresh local options.
The restaurant service was inconsistent, with slow response times and occasional mix-ups in orders. Some rooms felt outdated, impacting the overall feel of a luxury experience.

Stunning panoramic views of Tuscany.
The service here was shockingly inattentive. Despite staying five nights, I felt completely ignored and left to figure everything out by myself. The overpriced food was another disappointment. it was not even close to worth what we paid, and it felt like the hotel has shifted focus solely to hosting event after event instead of delivering a quality guest experience.

Beautiful views, but noisy nights
This place has stunning surroundings! The decorations match the villa vibe perfectly, and the pool area is super chill with amazing views. The breakfast could be better. I enjoyed sneaking snacks from the poolside bar, but be ready for loud party nights if there's an event going on. It can be a bit much.

Stunning scenery with charming Tuscan decor. The pool was amazing, and the whole atmosphere felt like a beautiful escape.

missingWrote a review on 13 Julpanoramic viewstennis facilitiesdated decor
Stunning panoramic views of the Tuscan landscape surround the property, making every moment feel like a postcard. The fitness amenities, especially the tennis court, offer a unique experience in a picturesque setting.
The room I stayed in felt a bit outdated, with worn decor that didn't reflect the expectations of a four-star venue. Service can fall short during especially busy periods, resulting in slow attention, mix-ups with orders, and a sense that the staff is overwhelmed. The distance to various facilities within the hotel can be a bit inconvenient, especially if your room is located far from the main areas.

The beautiful setting in Tuscany is truly magical, enhancing the experience. The spacious room was clean, and the staff provided excellent service, though breakfast options could be improved. The organization, however, felt a bit chaotic at times, which was a downside during the visit.
